Richard was born in Nyamira, Kenya on January 19, 1981. He moved to Marietta Georgia in July 2006 where he lives with relatives. He recently joined our Foot Solutions Elite Team on 28 August before the 10K classic (where he placed 6th overall). He can run anything from a 28 minute 10K to a 2:14 marathon. His Recent performance was held on 8 Oct 2006 at the Army Ten Miler where he place 3rd overall with a time of 50:03.
